MICA A-131-X is the industry standard of water-based primers. It is a high-performance, multipurpose product for extrusions, inks, coatings, & adhesives.
MICA A-251-A
MICA A-251-A is a single component, aqueous polymeric dispersion designed for promoting adhesion of extruded resins to aluminum foil substrates.
MICA EL-1241/HS
MICA EL-1241 is a water-based, single-pass coating designed to provide an oxygen barrier for plastic films. A higher solids version of this product is also available for paper substrates.
MICA EL-854-A
MICA EL-854-A is an aqueous acrylic emulsion for use as a topcoat on film, foil, glass, and paper. When properly applied, the coating is water and alkali-resistant and has good printability.
MICA G-1092
MICA G-1092 is a single component, aqueous polymeric dispersion useful as a primer for aluminum foil and metalized substrates prior to extrusion coating with polyethylene, copolymers, and ionomers. Adhesion at the primed interface is stronger than typically observed with other poly(ethylene-acrylic acid) based primers.
MICA G-680
MICA G-680 is an aqueous heat-seal coating used to seal paper, metalized film, and aluminum foil to itself.
MICA G-782
MICA G-782 is a single component, waterborne dispersion designed for promoting adhesion of extruded polyethylene to various supporting films and papers. SiOx coated films are among the substrates to which MICA G-782 provides superior adhesion. This primer contributes excellent moisture resistance to the subsequent SiOx/PE laminate. MICA G-782 also bonds strongly to AlOx surfaces.
MICA H-722
MICA H-722 is a single component, concentrated aqueous resin dispersion designed for promoting adhesion of extruded polyethylene to paper and film.
MICA H-760-A
MICA H-760-A is a single component, concentrated aqueous resin dispersion designed for promoting the adhesion of extruded resins to various supporting films and papers.
MICA H-788
MICA H-788 is a single component, concentrated aqueous resin dispersion designed for promoting adhesion of extruded polyethylene to paper or film.
MICA HME-104
MICA HME-104 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a heat-sealable grease and water-resistant coating. It functions as a moisture barrier for paper. It can also be used as a seal/peel modifier to polyethylene extrudate.
MICA HME-118-B
MICA HME-118-B is an aqueous emulsion designed to function as a sealing layer for lidding applications. It can be web coated by conventional means or pattern-applied on a press or coater. This general-purpose grade adheres to most films such as OPP, OPET, OPA, and PLA plus aluminum foil and paper. It also adheres to common container materials such as PE, PP, APET, PVC, PVDC, PLA, aluminum, and paper. It has some adhesion to PS and HIPS.
MICA HME-120-B
MICA HME-120 is an aqueous emulsion designed to function as a low COF sealing layer for lidding applications. It can be web-coated by conventional means or pattern-applied on a press or coater. This general-purpose grade adheres to most films such as OPP, OPET, OPA, and PLA plus aluminum and paper. It also adheres to common container materials such as PE, PP, APET, PVC, PVDC, PLA, aluminum, and paper. It has some adhesion to PS and HIPS.
MICA HME-160
MICA HME-160 is an aqueous emulsion designed to function as a sealing layer for films, foils, and paper. It can be web-coated by conventional means, or pattern applied on a press or coater. This coating adheres to olefinic container materials such as PE and PP.
MICA HME-261
MICA HME-261 is an aqueous emulsion designed to function as a sealing layer for foils and paper. It can be web-coated by conventional means, or pattern-applied on a press or coater. This coating adheres to aluminum foil and paper.
MICA I-1050
MICA I-1050 is an aqueous polymeric dispersion suitable for use as an in-line film primer for extrusion coating or printing. An optional crosslinker can be added for superior water resistance.
MICA I-1051
MICA I-1051 is an aqueous polymeric dispersion suitable for use as an in-line film primer for extrusion coating or printing. An optional cross linker can be added for superior water resistance.
MICA I-372-C
MICA I-372-C is a “press-ready” aqueous polymeric dispersion suitable for use as a film primer for extrusion coating or printing. An optional crosslinker can be added for superior water resistance.
MICA I-793
MICA I-793 is an aqueous polymeric dispersion suitable for use as a block-free film primer for extrusion coating or printing. It may be suitable as a base coat for metallization. An optional crosslinker can be added for superior water resistance.
MICA I-842
MICA I-842 is an aqueous polymeric dispersion suitable for use as an in-line film primer for extrusion coating or printing. An optional cross linker can be added for superior water resistance.
MICA M-1164
MICA M-1164 is a single component, aqueous polymeric dispersion useful as a primer for aluminum foil and metalized substrates prior to extrusion coating with polyethylene, copolymers, and ionomers.
MICA M-2420
MICA M-2420 is a single component, aqueous resin dispersion designed to promote adhesion of extruded ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resins to film substrates. MICA M-2420 passes the severe service exposure test when used with ozone.
MICA M-2824
MICA M-2824 is a water-based acrylic coating designed to promote face-to-face heat sealing of foils and paper. Substrates, especially paper, that are coated with MICA M-2824 exhibit excellent printability.
MICA MC-140-A
MICA MC-140-A is a water-based heat-seal coating designed for non-woven applications. It has great adhesion to non-woven materials and can be used as an ink-receptive topcoat for barcode labels.
MICA MC-634
MICA MC-634 is an aqueous emulsion that passes the ASTM D6400 standard for compostability. It is designed to function as a sealing layer or adhesion promoter applied to paperboard substrates for adhesion to PLA and PHA resins and films. It may also find use as a primer applied to paper, and bio-based metalized and non-metalized films, for adhesion of PLA and PHA extrudates.
MICA R-1207
MICA R-1207 is a unique, water-based, single-component resin formulation designed to bond extruded polypropylene to paper.
MICA R-1509-C
MICA R-1509-C is a single component, concentrated aqueous resin dispersion designed for promoting adhesion of extruded polyester or poly(lactic acid) (PLA) to paper and paper board substrates. The primer produces high bond strength and provides resistance to blistering under high-temperature conditions.
MICA R-1595
MICA R-1595 is a single component, aqueous resin dispersion designed to promote the adhesion of extruded ethylene copolymers such as ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene ethyl acrylate (EEA), and ethylene methyl acrylate (EMA) to film substrates. The primer offers robust bond strengths without the need for ozone to facilitate surface oxidation of the melt.
MICA R-2462-A
MICA R-2462-A is a single component, water-based coating designed to provide oxygen barrier properties on plastic films. It may also afford resistance to some grease and oils on paper.
MICA T-598
MICA T-598 is a water-based coating designed to promote face-to-face heat sealing of films, foils, and paper. It has a low coefficient of friction (COF), high gloss, high transparency, and a low heat seal temperature.

MICA MC-634
Adhesion Made Compostable
MICA MC-634 is an aqueous emulsion designed to be used as an adhesion promoter, or sealing layer, for compostable substrates and extrudates, such as paper, PLA and PHA, and metalized bio-based film.
It passes all of the Biodegradable Products Institute’s (BPI) rigorous testing requirements, including the ASTM D6400 as a standalone product.
This means that MC-634 completely biodegrades in municipal and industrial composting facilities. It can help paper and packaging professionals achieve ambitious goals to create more sustainable food and beverage packaging while simultaneously helping to solve a global waste problem that has been negatively impacting the environment for decades.

Pail
Our plastic pails have an easy-pour spout built into the lids which makes them ideal for small orders or trials.
Plastic Tote
Product can be dispensed from the top or bottom of these reusable totes. Free pickup is available for 8 or more empty totes.
Drum
Our closed-head drums are reusable and recyclable and have two openings for your convenience.
Corrugated Tote
The outside of the corrugated tote is recyclable, and the bladder is non-hazardous and easily disposable. Dispense from either the bottom or top of these totes.
