Jaclyn represents the third generation of the Siegel family leading Mica since it was founded 52 years ago. This strategically positions Mica for continued success, solving the industry’s toughest adhesion and sustainability challenges.
Jaclyn has been with Mica Corporation since 2016, working in leadership roles across the business to grow relationships with customers and expand the brand. She brings a strong foundation of experience with General Electric (GE) in global communications, public affairs, and digital strategy.

Jaclyn is committed to leading and developing the next generation of industry leaders with the Technical Association for the Paper and Pulp Industry (TAPPI) and Flexible Packaging Association (FPA). She has been recognized as one of TAPPI’s Top Outstanding Young Professionals and serves on the Young Professionals Division and International Flexible Packaging and Extrusion Division Councils. Jaclyn is also a member of FPA’s Emerging Leadership Council, working on advocacy efforts related to sustainability in flexible packaging.
