Mica Corporation, a leading supplier of water-based primers and coatings for the global flexible converting industry, recently announced leadership changes that will position the company for long-term success, while continuing to provide quality products and support to customers.


Rob Hammond has recently assumed the role of Vice President of Technical Services after spending eight years as Mica’s Technical Sales Director. As part of his new role, he will be a technical resource for Mica, as well as our customers and our industry. Rob will work collaboratively to grow Mica’s reputation as a technical leader in the industry and build strategic relationships for the future. He will develop opportunities for Mica to work with key industry partners and co-suppliers to test our products in new applications, he will collaborate with the lab team to optimize the processing of our products and be available to the technical sales team to assist with customer technical support and training. He will also continue to represent Mica and share his technical expertise through TAPPI and other technically focused organizations and conferences.
Jaclyn Epstein, Mica’s Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager, will oversee Mica’s technical sales team and global sales efforts. Jaclyn has been with Mica for six years and has effectively managed sales in parts of the US and Canada during that time. She has a proven track record of successfully bringing Mica's products into new markets and fostering meaningful relationships with customers, development partners, and industry associations.
