Mica Appoints Customer Service Specialist


Mica Corporation, a leading supplier of water-based primers and coatings to the global flexible converting industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marianne Vass as Customer Service Specialist.

Marianne comes to Mica with more than 20 years of customer service experience. She began her career in 1994 as a customer service representative at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, CT. Marianne has since worked in a variety of customer service, inside sales, and account management roles for corporations in Connecticut such as Chapin & Bangs, Unger Industrial, and Shelterlogic. Prior to joining Mica, Marianne worked as a customer service/inside sales representative for RBC Bearings in Trenton, NJ, where she handled major customer accounts, planned and coordinated deliveries, and interfaced with 4 distribution centers and 28 manufacturing plants for stock and availability.

In her new role at Mica, Marianne will manage all customer orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate shipments to Mica’s global customer base and warehouses.
